Product Return/Refund Conditions

Return and Exchange Policy

According to the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the right of unconditional return does not apply to socks and underwear when a return is impossible due to health or hygiene standards.

Therefore, socks may be returned or exchanged only if:

  • The item shows no signs of use, wear, or fitting.

Return Procedure and Shipping Costs

  • If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email before the return period expires: info.firali@f2g.ge
  • In the case of an unconditional return, the direct courier cost of sending the product back is fully covered by the customer.

Refund

Once the item is returned to our warehouse or store and our administration confirms that it has not been used, we will refund the amount paid, excluding the initial delivery fee, if applicable.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item.
